Initially the user must select a set of server(s) or date(s).
For each date selected, the script will remove all servers
without data for all dates selected; similarly,
for each server selected, the script will remove all dates
without data for all servers selected.
You can always reset by clicking either the reset servers
or reset dates button.
Once a set of server(s) and date(s) are selected you may
click either the
display options or print all graphs button.
If display options is used,
a menu of options for each graph will be displayed. You
can then select a subset of the available graphs to display,
and can also set options for how they are to be displayed.
